This Report is intended to give the reader a thorough overview of the Deer Valley real estate activity for 2017. As with past Reports, it is broken down by area (Empire Pass, Upper Deer Valley, Deer Crest, and Lower Deer Valley). However, due to Deer Valley’s significant expansion plans at Mayflower, this year we have added. The Report is also organized by property type – condominiums, homes, and building lots. Please note that transactions where sales prices are “Undisclosed” in the Multiple Listing Service’s database are not included in the data as the true price of the property is not discernible, nor are private residence clubs included, given their relatively minor role in the market.
