The Empire Pass and Upper Deer Valley Condominium data demonstrates the enormous impact of new developments on year-to-year results. Empire Pass closings in 2019 included 23 in the brand new One Empire Pass (OEP) building for a total of $78M. Going back to 2017 for condos in Upper Deer Valley, there the Stein Eriksen Residences (SER) which were just completed in 2017, captured $62M of the $85M in Upper Deer Valley condominium sales that year.
